Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data that iSchedulo (a product of XploreDatum Technologies LLP, xploredatum.com) stores about you. iSchedulo is an AI-powered Instagram scheduling service. We only store what is needed to schedule and publish posts on your behalf - see our Privacy Policy for the full list.

What we store

Your Instagram user ID and username.
The long-lived Instagram access token used to publish for you.
Photos/videos you uploaded, plus captions, hashtags, crop settings, and schedule times.
AI caption usage records (token counts and estimated cost).
Your subscription tier and invoice history.

Option 1 - Delete instantly inside the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete everything is to disconnect your account:

Sign in at ischedulo.com.
Open the account menu and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting immediately and permanently removes your account record, your stored access token, all scheduled and published posts, your uploaded media files, your AI usage records, and your invoice history. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 - Remove the app from Instagram

You can revoke iSchedulo from your Instagram account at any time:

In the Instagram app, go to Settings & privacy → Apps and websites.
Select iSchedulo and choose Remove.

When you remove the app, Instagram notifies iSchedulo through Meta’s deauthorization callback, and we automatically and permanently delete all of the data listed above for your account.

Option 3 - Email us

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the contact associated with your account (or include your Instagram username) and ask us to delete your data. We act on verified requests and complete deletion within 30 days, confirming by email once done.

What happens after deletion

Once deleted, your data is gone from our active systems. We retain no copy of your access token, posts, or media. Limited records that we are legally required to keep (for example, basic transaction records for tax purposes) may be retained only as required by law and are not used for any other purpose.
