This Privacy Policy explains how iSchedulo ("we", "us", "our"), a product of XploreDatum Technologies LLP (xploredatum.com), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI-powered Instagram scheduling service at ischedulo.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

Instagram account data

When you connect your account via "Login with Instagram", we receive and store:

• Your Instagram user ID and username.
• A long-lived Instagram access token used to publish on your behalf.
• Token expiry information and your account’s publishing quota status.

Content you provide

• Photos and videos you upload for scheduling or publishing.
• Captions, hashtags, crop settings, and scheduling details (dates, times, post type).

Usage & account data

• AI token usage (input/output token counts and estimated cost) for caption generation, used for quota and billing operations.
• Your subscription tier and billing status.
• A signed session cookie that keeps you logged in.
• Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

• To authenticate you and connect your Instagram account.
• To process and crop your media and publish or schedule posts, carousels, Reels, and Stories on your behalf.
• To generate AI caption and hashtag suggestions.
• To enforce plan limits and monthly AI quotas, and to process subscriptions.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and provide support.

3. Instagram / Meta data

We access Instagram data only through Instagram’s official Graph API and only to provide the features you request. Our use of information received from Meta/Instagram complies with the Meta Platform Terms and applicable developer policies. We do not use your Instagram access token for any purpose other than operating the Service for you, and we do not sell it.

4. AI processing (OpenRouter)

When you request an AI caption, the relevant image is sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a caption and hashtag suggestions. We send only what is needed for that request. We do not use your content to train our own models.

5. Payments (Polar.sh)

Paid subscriptions are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as our payment processor. Payment card details are handled by the processor; we do not store your full card information. We retain a record of your subscription status and invoices for accounting and support.

6. Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is signed and does not track you across other websites. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. How we share information

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

• Meta / Instagram — to publish and manage your posts.
• OpenRouter — to generate AI captions.
• Polar.sh — to process payments.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is connected. When you disconnect your Instagram account inside the app, we permanently delete your account record, stored access token, scheduled and published posts, uploaded media, AI usage history, and invoices. Removing the app from your Instagram settings triggers the same automatic deletion via Meta’s deauthorization callback. 9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including restricting access to access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].

11. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. International users

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including by the third-party providers listed above. By using the Service you consent to such processing.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
