These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iSchedulo (the "Service"), an AI-powered Instagram scheduling tool available at ischedulo.com. iSchedulo is a product of XploreDatum Technologies LLP ("XploreDatum", "we", "us", or "our"), see xploredatum.com. By connecting your Instagram account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

iSchedulo lets you connect an Instagram Business or Creator account and plan, caption, and schedule content. Core features include:

• Connecting your Instagram account via Instagram’s official "Login with Instagram" (OAuth).
• Uploading photos and videos and previewing Instagram-correct crops.
• Generating captions and hashtag suggestions using third-party AI vision models.
• Publishing or scheduling single posts, carousels, Reels, Stories, and bulk batches at randomized times.

Publishing is performed through the official Instagram Graph API. We do not control Instagram and cannot guarantee that any post will be published, displayed, or retained by Instagram.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must own, or be authorized to manage, the Instagram account you connect.
• Your use of Instagram through iSchedulo must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use, the Meta Platform Terms, and all applicable Instagram/Meta policies. We may suspend your access if your use violates them.

3. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

iSchedulo offers a Free plan and paid plans (Premium and Ultra) billed monthly. Plan features and limits (such as monthly AI caption quotas, carousel size, queued posts, and batch size) are shown in the app and may change over time.

• Payment processor. Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Polar.sh. Your payment is subject to the processor’s terms, and we do not store your full card details.
• Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Quotas. Monthly AI caption allowances reset each calendar month and do not roll over. Instagram’s own API limits (for example, carousel and per-day publishing caps) apply to every plan regardless of tier.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. For billing questions, contact [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that violates Instagram/Meta policies.
• Engage in spam, automation abuse, or activity that artificially inflates engagement.
• Upload content you do not own or have the rights to publish.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

5. Your content

You retain all ownership of the images, videos, and captions you upload ("Your Content"). You grant iSchedulo a limited license to store, process, crop, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service, including generating AI captions and publishing on your behalf to your connected Instagram account. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to publish it.

6. AI-generated captions

Caption and hashtag suggestions are produced by third-party AI models (via OpenRouter). AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and editing every caption before it is published. iSchedulo makes no warranty regarding AI output and is not liable for content you choose to publish.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Meta/Instagram (the Graph API), OpenRouter (AI captioning), and Polar.sh (payments). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by these providers.

8. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or to comply with law or platform requirements. On disconnection, your stored Instagram access token and account record are deleted (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scheduled posts will always publish successfully through Instagram.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XploreDatum and iSchedulo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XploreDatum and iSchedulo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over XploreDatum Technologies LLP will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
